Residents move in at Washington Square condominiums! Residents have now begun to move into tower 1 at Washington Tower, a 24 story tower that consists of 188 units including the townhomes. Tower 2 is 25 stories and concists of 191 units.
The developer envisions itself as the “master builder” of a complex that could cost between $1.2 billion and $1.6 billion. The plan now includes two condo towers, an active senior living community, two 30-story office buildings, a luxury hotel, urban grocery, community center and 160,000 to 200,000 square feet of retail — two to three times the space initially envisioned, Hansen said. The massive project is bordered by Northeast Eighth Street, Northeast 10th Street, 108th Avenue Northeast and 106th Avenue Northeast. Wasatch owns the property outright
